The Vacant House Check program is designed to notify the department of residences or properties that are scheduled to be vacant. You can add your residence/property to the list when it is vacant and WCPD employees will check on the property if you are out of town. Employees will conduct extra patrols of the location and conduct exterior visual checks on foot.
Whether it is suspected criminal activity, water issues, or other concerns with the residence, our employees can then contact you if an issue is located so you are aware and can resolve any problems.
