  • There are no known suspects
  • This does not involve theft of a motor vehicle or theft of a license plate (Items taken from the interior of a motor vehicle are reportable)
  • This does not involve theft from someone unlawfully entering your home
  • No firearms were involved in the incident 

 

If you are eligible based on the above information, you are ready to file your report online. If you are not eligible based on the above information you need to call the police department at (626) 939-8500 and speak with dispatch for further direction.

 

Upon completion of this report process, you will:

  • See the words: “Your online police report has been submitted” showing that your police report is complete
  • Be given a police report case number
  • Be able to print a copy of the police report to keep for your records

Someone stole parts that were installed on your vehicle.
Someone stole your property from an unlocked car or bed of a truck.
Someone smashed a window or forced a door lock open to steal from your locked car.
Someone stole your mail or package from your mailbox or porch.
Someone stole your property. (Not from a vehicle and not for shoplifting).
Someone steals property for sale from a business during regular store hours.
You lost your property and cannot locate it. (Not for stolen property)
Someone collided with your vehicle and fled without providing information.
You were involved in a collision and no one was injured. Report desired for documentation.
Someone smashed your window or slashed your car tires.
Someone spray painted or used a marker on your property. 
Someone used your personal information to create an unauthorized credit account.
Someone called you with the intent to annoy and uses obscene language or threats.
