Graffiti Reward Program

The West Covina Police Department uses a variety of strategies to curb graffiti in our city. Community members who report graffiti acts in progress may be eligible for a $100 reward if the following occurs:

  • The community member notifies us that the graffiti is occurring
  • The graffiti act is in progress, just occurred, or is about to occur
  • The graffiti act occurred within West Covina
  • The suspected violator is detained and arrested by WCPD, and the charge is for graffiti vandalism or possession of vandalism tools

You do not need to be a West Covina resident to be eligible. Only one reward is provided per incident. If two or more people provide tips, the first to do so will be eligible for the reward.

City employees, city volunteers, city officials, and city contractors are not eligible for the reward.
