This wonderful woman, Ms. Young (pictured in the middle), created over 150 beaded bracelets and donated them to the department. These bracelets were made so personnel within the department could pass them out to children affected by stressful incidents, as a way to help provide some comfort.

We are extremely thankful and know the children who recieve them will be thankful as well. 🙏🏻

With today's focus on wishing the U.S. Marine Corps a happy birthday, we would like to take the time to show how proud we are of our very own Marines. Marine Justin Salas was a WCPD Explorer Lieutenant and Marine Larry "Drew" Goodman was a WCPD Cadet. Both recently graduated and are currently in the 2nd Recruit Battalion Echo Company.

We could not be prouder of them! Thank you for your service 👏
