HEARING REQUEST: Any person who wishes to contest that they are the responsible party or that a violation did not exist may request a hearing. A request shall be filed with this form and sent along with the payment of any fines(s) within 10 days of the issuance of the citation.

HARDSHIP FEE MITIGATION: Any person who is financially unable to pay the fine may file a Request For Mitigation with the Public Services Director.
