HEARING REQUEST: Any person who wishes to contest that they are the responsible party or that a violation did not exist may request a hearing. A request shall be filed with this form and sent along with the payment of any fines(s) within 10 days of the issuance of the citation.

HARDSHIP FEE MITIGATION: Any person who is financially unable to pay the fine may file a Request For Mitigation with the Public Services Director. The request shall be filed in writing with this form and shall have supporting documentation attached. The request shall be made under the penalty of perjury. If accepted, the fine may be waived, reduced, or collected on a payment system.
